We unite technologists, creatives, and strategists to build category-defining digital product experiences across industries such as consumer, healthcare, fintech, retail, and automotive. We are seeking a hands-on GTM and Growth Lead to launch and scale our new service lines and products. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and is motivated to create systems, close deals, and drive growth from the ground up.

What You Will Own

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new business lines and product offerings

  • Define ICPs, refine positioning, and conduct segmentation analysis

  • Lead competitive research and market validation

Sales and Pipeline Management

  • Create and manage the full sales pipeline, from prospecting to deal close

  • Build targeted outreach strategies across multiple channels

  • Deliver effective pitch narratives that align with client needs and industry trends

  • Negotiate and close contracts with enterprise and mid-market clients

Growth Operations

  • Set up CRM and sales engagement tools to enable predictable pipeline growth

  • Track performance and improve conversion across funnel stages

  • Work cross-functionally with product and design teams to align feedback loops

Market Feedback and Strategic Insights

  • Capture insights from prospects and clients to influence go-to-market direction

  • Identify repeatable sales motions and scalable opportunities

  • Help shape the roadmap for future product and service innovations

Your Background

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, SaaS, or digital services

  • Proven ability to build and execute a sales or GTM strategy from scratch

  • Strong storytelling and proposal development skills

  • Hands-on operator with experience setting up CRM and pipeline tools

  • Analytical mindset with ability to test, measure, and optimize GTM performance

  • Exposure to both consulting and product-led business models

  • Familiarity with outbound sales tools and techniques
