The Challenge

AMEX wanted to ensure that its email subscribers had a flawless brand experience. When sending marketing emails to a high volume of subscribers, they wanted an easy way to see that these emails would appear on every device error-free.

Fleet Studio’s Solution

Fleet Studio set up a tool called Litmus which can test emails for companies with 90+ subscribers. Litmus allows AMEX to instantly check email previews, subjects, and links as they would appear for clients using desktop and mobile devices.

What We Learned

Fleet Studio can incorporate email testing tools that save time by automatically catching errors that someone used to have to check for manually.
