Fellowship Program in AI Native Software Engineering

The Academy's flagship fellowship runs inside Fleet Studio, a company that ships for Fortune 500 clients. Fellows don't build demo projects. They work on real backlogs with messy data, security constraints and genuine definitions of done. Each fellow builds both technical depth (AI-first tooling, LLMs, RAG, testing, security and shipping to production) and business sense (problem framing, scoping, ROI and product storytelling). Together, those make an engineer who can build with AI and explain why the work matters.

The integrated stack:

• Core concepts: frameworks come before tools, covering how AI systems work and how to reason, plan and build with them.

• Simulation labs: real product backlogs modelled on live client work, so fellows practise under real-world conditions.

• Expert mentorship: one-on-one reviews and workshops with engineers, product managers and designers from Fleet Studio and other leading companies.

• Industry immersion: fellows learn inside a working company, finishing with a Launch Day demo and certification.

Hiring outcomes:

Fellows graduate with reviewed builds, documented workflows and a portfolio they can defend. Placement support is built in, with assured interviews and access to the AI Talent Summit, where fellows meet hiring teams directly. The Academy works as a hiring pipeline, not a job board.
